The front desk manager stole $50 when changing our money. That was just the start, from the gruff, unfriendly greeting on our arrival to the substandard room. We feel this property was too expensive for the standard of the room, very tired. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Indus Biznotel Delhi, India Stayed here from March 21 to March 23, 2023. Room No 105. Surprisingly, a well-maintained place, and a premium property. The rooms are large and clean, the lighting is adequate, the Wi-Fi decent, and all other frills good enough. A few minor negatives are also there - the bathroom is half covered with a glass partition causing water to spill over, there is an absurd writing glass table in the middle of the room obstructing movement, the bottled water units are limited to two post which you are asked to pay 78 Rs for a one-litre bottle, the ground staff seems to come from the lowest strata and try to distance themselves from the guests as much as possible, and their small restaurant is not for outsiders - ergo charging a bomb. In contrast, the COO of the place Arun Kapoor came across as a sophisticated personality and a well-spoken gentleman. This place is nestled in an area with a minimum of 500 keys in multiple hotels, yet they seem to be running a full house. They also get patrons from the French and Dutch markets and seem to be doing well. They shall be closed for two months May and June 2023 for renovations. Overall, a big thumbs up.

Very nice location. Hotel is on the main road. Room was big and clean including bathroom. big comfortable bed. Food quality was also very good. They allowed us early check-in on request. Nice staff. Room service is fast. I loved my stay here. The price is a bit on expensive side. In this price, please include temporary slippers.

Cons: Breakfast: very poor and unhygienic. The staff guy took our toasted bread with his bare hands several times. The “juice” is powdered one, but we don't know from where is the water coming. The following days we only took boiled eggs. Cleanliness: the room is “acceptable” clean, bedsheets has stains, towels were kind of brown. I would say 6/10. Hot water in the shower, it was difficult to get. Very early morning or very late at night. Price: I found it to be a bit too high for the quality and comfort offered. Supply and demand, I guess. Pros: Location: the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood in Delhi, not many shops or restaurants around but at least is not in a crowded area. There is a clean park just a few minutes walking from the hotel. We ordered food via zomato, if you do not wish to take a taxi to go to a restaurant. Internet: Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Good point if you need to work online.
